What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a General Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials and shipments.
- Sorting and processing electronic materials according to company procedures.
- Safely loading and unloading trucks.
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Preparing materials and shipments for outgoing loads.
- Maintaining organized inventory and designated storage areas.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Properly handling electronic materials and recyclable products.
- Assisting with general warehouse cleanup and maintenance.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Reporting damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management.
- Following company safety policies and completing tasks in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or recycling environment.
- The ability to safely lift and move materials (up to 50 pounds).
- A safety-conscious mindset and willingness to follow company procedures.
- Strong reliability, attendance, and punctuality.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position requires:
- Standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and performing repetitive movements for extended periods.
- Working in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
