Job Title: Electronics Supervisor - Allen & Heath Keyboard
Division: Operations
Location: Southaven, MS
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
What will you do:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Electronics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper operations of all service-related activities including Parts Order desk, Product Repairs, Product Testing and Warranties Programs. Electronics Supervisor will also be responsible and accountable for Parts Inventory and Customer Returns for our Southaven Facility and coordinate with various Service Centers located throughout the US and manage Employee Relations within the Department.
Responsibilities:
  • Selecting, training, motivating, and evaluating Personnel; establishing and monitoring Employee performance objectives; preparing and presenting Employee Performance Reviews; providing or coordinating Personnel training and education; working with Employees to correct deficiencies and fully develop strengths; coaching, mentoring.

  • Addressing and resolving Customer issues to achieve total customer satisfaction.

  • Supervising the work of "Technical" Services staff by facilitating and tracking project status; identifying problems and issues; allocating appropriate resources; and ensuring that "technical" support services are completed on schedule and at the highest levels of quality. Assisting staff in the delivery of technical services as necessary and appropriate.

  • Monitor Weekly Reports and identify Department improvements

  • Developing and coordinating reporting activities including training, equipment cost and usage, cost/usage ratios, usage procedures, and personnel time/project allocation.

  • Work closely with Department Lead to achieve Department objectives set by Service Manager

  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.

  • Maintain and improve the quality and reliability of technical process and the products.

  • Allocate and manage technical resources effectively.

What we are looking for:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 1-3 years of service and repair management experience
  • Hands-on technical experience with pro audio, music creation, musical instrument products.
  • Strong communication skills including the proven ability to develop and lead a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in Allen & Heath consoles and keyboards a +
  • Must be able to lift at least 65lbs without assistance using proper lifting techniques.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
