Job description

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Service Support Assembler I at MKS Instruments, you will partner with service to repair RF Generators. As an Assembler, you will be assembling various electronic components and sub-assemblies ensuring the seamless integration to repair high-quality products.

In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Service. This is a 3rd shift position.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Repair and build RF generators to a final assembly.

Your role will involve following assembly instructions and utilizing a range of hand tools to complete tasks.

Soldering electronic components as required to repair RF generators.

Skills that You Bring:

0 + years of experience

Excellent communication, organizational skills.

Ability to follow written work instructions and assemble products accurately according to defined specifications.

Ability to focus on the task at hand and pay attention to detail.

Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Oracle data entry.

Ability to solder to IPC standards.

Understanding of 6S and Lean methodology.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 lbs.

Ability to work overtime when required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $14.72 - 24.53 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
