Location: Henrietta, NY
Company: Yoh, working with our client L3Harris
Type: Contract assignment 12-18 month 

Estimated Min Rate: $17.50
Estimated Max Rate: $23.63
Are you ready to learn new skills and build technology that helps protect military personnel and first responders? Yoh is hiring entry-level Assemblers to work with electronic components at L3Harris in Henrietta, NY. No prior experience is required but you must have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and reliable transportation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • As an assembler you will follow engineered assembly processes and maintain consistent quality and productivity levels. Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards
  • Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. Working under microscope.
  • This job requires you to stand the entire shift & work with small parts.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • All Assemblers will need to attend a 2-week training program Monday – Friday from 7am-3:30pm before starting on their predetermined shift.
  • Proof of HS Diploma or GED/HSE
  • Must have reliable transportation. Bus lines do not accommodate all shifts.
  • All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings criminal, education & drug testing (this includes marijuana)
     
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday from 5am- 3:30pm@ $17.50
  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday from 3:30pm – 2am @ $ 19.25
  • 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6am -6:30pm $21.88
  • 4th  Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6pm -6:30am $23.63
