We are seeking a compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our team at the New Philadelphia Health Care Center. As a vital member of our front office staff, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, setting the tone for their experience at our facility.

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a smooth administrative experience. Your typical day will include:

  • Greeting patients, families, and visitors, and directing them to their designated areas

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintaining accurate and organized records, both physical and electronic
