Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all customers queries, questions and issues while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, positive, and empathetic customer service at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries from retail partners and online customers.
  • Process sales orders, return, and return authorization requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales by understanding customer needs.
  • Perform accurate data entry.
Requirements:
