Who You Are
You are a patient problem-solver that enjoys helping others! You are successful working in a team environment and providing excellent customer service to your clients. You serve as the point-of-contact for all of our online banking clients and when they have a problem they turn to you for help in finding a resolution. You will work closely with the Online Banking team to develop an understanding of our client behaviors and their challenges, researching trends and keeping updated with various online banking fraud trends.
The Electronic Banking Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for electronic banking services. This includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to online banking, mobile banking, and other electronic banking services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic banking systems and be able to effectively communicate technical information to customers. This position is on-site.
Your Role
  • Provide exceptional customer support for electronic banking services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking, mobile banking, and other electronic banking services
  • Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with electronic banking systems and industry trends
Your Knowledge and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in banking or branch operations preferred
  • 2 + years working on relevant bank systems, and a background with online banking very helpful.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
