Job description

The Master Electrician is responsible for overseeing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across the facility. This role ensures that all electrical work is completed to industry, federal, and DOS standards, and manages teams of electricians to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality service. Electrical Project Management: Lead electrical installation and maintenance tasks from conception through completion.

Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians to ensure efficient workflow and compliance. Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Ensure all electrical activities meet safety standards, codes, and contract requirements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Inspect and test installations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. Maintain accurate records and reports on electrical maintenance and repairs. Working Conditions: Work in both office and field environments; may be required to respond to emergency calls or perform overtime work.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights. Secret Clearance required. 5 years of experience.

High school diploma required. Must possess a valid Master Electrician License. Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and system operations.
