What You'll Do:
  • Direct, mentor, and inspire our team of HVAC service technicians to achieve top-tier craftsmanship and efficiency.
  • Jump into the field alongside your team, providing active ride-alongs to sharpen their technical diagnostics and perfect their customer turnover presentation.
  • Oversee the daily pulse of the service departmentโ€”including dispatching efficiency, scheduling flow, and tracking service callbacksโ€”to maximize productivity.
  • Act as the ultimate technical resource, stepping in to solve complex residential equipment headaches and guide technicians through tricky diagnostics.
  • Keep our fleet and warehouse running smoothly by tracking inventory levels, minimizing part delays, and managing tools.
  • Champion a zero-compromise safety environment, ensuring all field operations match industry regulations and company safety standards.
What You Bring:
  • A background of successful leadership within an HVAC service department or a closely related residential service environment.

Physical Requirements amp; Work Location
  • Ability to work comfortably in unconditioned spaces subject to extreme seasonal temperatures, including sub-zero winters and high-heat summers.
  • Ability to safely navigate residential spaces, including entering and working in basements, crawlspaces, attics, and utility closets.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move tools, equipment, or parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing or walking for extended periods.
