As our Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive the growth and success of our Service Department while ensuring the highest standards of pool maintenance, customer satisfaction, and team development. What You'll Be Doing:

Service Manager Operations & Scheduling

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily service routes for our skilled technicians.
  • Keep things running smoothly with timely responses to service requests, repairs, and emergencies.
  • Monitor workloads to ensure efficiency and keep customers smiling!

ย Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor our technicians and service coordinators.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and provide coaching to help the team grow.
  • Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and accountability.

Customer Care

  • Be the go-to person for resolving escalated service issues and ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Provide quotes, explain repair options, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Cultivate repeat business and customer loyalty with your exceptional care and communication.

Technical & Compliance

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filtration systems, and more).
  • Stay ahead of industry regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Keep service records, warranties, and inventory logs up to date.

Service Manager - Financial & Strategic Growth
