Job description

NOW HIRING: SAFETY MANAGER | DATA CENTER BUILD | SPARKS, NV

Ground-up data center construction with a 6-month runway and real extension potential. We need a credentialed safety professional who has already lived through a data center build and knows what the schedule pressure looks like.

Location: Sparks, NV

Rate: $44 - $48/hr (1099)

Per Diem: $140/day

Duration: 6 months, possible extension

Schedule: 50 hours/week

Scope: New construction, data center build

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
  • Daily site inspections, JHA/AHA review, and toolbox talks
  • Fall protection, steel erection, crane and rigging oversight
  • Excavation and trenching compliance
  • Electrical safety and LOTO through energization phases
  • Incident investigation, root cause, and corrective action
  • Subcontractor accountability and OSHA compliance documentation
  • Client-facing safety reporting and audit readiness
WHAT YOU NEED:
  • BCSP certification (CHST, ASP, CSP) OR a 4-year degree
  • Data center construction experience (required, not preferred)
  • Strong command of OSHA 1926 standards
  • Available to start immediately

$140/day per diem on top of the hourly, 50 hours a week, and a project that has legs. This is a strong one to land.
