Job description

Rinvio is hiring an Industrial Electrical Manager for an industrial skilled-trades role in the Davenport, IA market. This is an hourly contract role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

What you will do:
  • Lead electrical maintenance priorities, troubleshooting escalation, work planning, safety expectations, and reliability improvements.
  • Coordinate electricians, controls support, outside vendors, outage work, spare parts, and plant electrical projects.
  • Track work status, constraints, PM completion, equipment issues, and follow-up actions for plant leadership.
