Join Our Team as an Electrical Safety Specialist

Are you passionate about electrical safety and eager to make a real impact on client facilities nationwide? We are seeking an Electrical Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team and help clients maintain safe, reliable, and efficient electrical systems. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on field experience to produce critical electrical studies and safety reports.

What You'll Do

  • Develop detailed electrical system models using SKM and/or Easy Power and perform arc-flash, short circuit, and coordination studies.
  • Gather essential utility and site-specific information to ensure accurate and comprehensive electrical studies.
  • Conduct on-site assessments, install equipment labels, and collaborate closely with field teams.
  • Deliver high-quality arc flash reports to clients within 10 working days of fieldwork completion.
  • Mentor and support field staff in accurate data collection, documentation, and client coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Five years of experience in electrical power systems, installations, or construction with a strong grasp of OSHA and NFPA standards and the National Electrical Code.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn SKM, Easy Power, and other industry software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with arc flash data collection, mitigation, and SKM/Easy Power software is a plus.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 and NFPA 70e certifications are desirable.
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel nationwide, including overnight trips (up to 10%).
