Electrical Foreman Relocation Assistance Available Lead High-Impact Healthcare and Control Installations

Job Overview:

  • Location: Onsite (Utah).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (MondayThursday)

  • Project Scope: Electrical / Controls (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Government or Federal)

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Utah Journeyman License.

About the Role: Surge Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active projects. This role is ideal for a strong field leader who takes ownership of their work, leads by example, and can successfully manage projects in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical installations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and strong execution across all job sites.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and supervise crews of electricians on active job sites

  • Plan daily work activities and maintain project schedules

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans

  • Ensure all work is performed safely, cleanly, and up to code

  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in real time

  • Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, and field updates

What Were Looking For:

  • Active Utah Journeyman Electrician License (required)

  • Proven experience leading crews in the field
