Job description

Job Description
You will be the Senior Reliability Engineer for the Reliability & Durability Team. Our team safeguards product performance by identifying hidden failure risks, designing accelerated life test programs, and delivering data driven mitigation strategies that keep our systems on track from concept through field service.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for leading Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) on parts and sub assemblies, and for creating test plans that use accelerated aging models to prove reliability and lifecycle durability. You will work hand in hand with design engineers, material scientists, test labs, and program managers to surface risks early, quantify them accurately, and drive corrective actions.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and maintain component level FMECA worksheets that comply with MIL STD 1629A (or equivalent) and internal reliability standards.
• Identify failure modes, root causes, and their effects on overall system performance.
• Assign criticality rankings, document mitigation strategies, and track them through each development phase.
• Update FMECA results throughout the product lifecycle and capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Define accelerated life test objectives, select appropriate acceleration models (Arrhenius, Coffin Manson, etc.), and calculate acceleration factors.
• Draft, review, and execute accelerated aging and environmental test programs in partnership with internal and external laboratories.
• Analyze test data, generate reliability growth curves, and report findings to cross functional stakeholders.
• Recommend design or material changes to improve reliability and reduce lifecycle cost.
• Mentor junior reliability engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reliability organization.
Why Join Us
