Job description

We are seeking skilled and motivated Electrical Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems across various commercial and residential sites. Your expertise will ensure all service work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers diverse projects ranging from residential remodels to mixed-use developments, providing opportunities to utilize your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. We provide the vehicle, fuel card, credit card for material purchases, an iPad and iPhone devices for mobile app usage, PLUS pay 20% commission on every one of your sales!

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and appliances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise layouts
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical testing equipment efficiently
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and standards
  • Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades for seamless project coordination
  • Perform remodeling and assembly work to adapt or prepare electrical systems
  • Operate company vehicle to travel locally and to various job sites with tools and equipment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in electrical service work or related fields
  • Valid driver’s license for local and extended travel to job sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification in Electrical Technology or Electrical Wiring
  • Proficient in hand and power tool operation
  • Strong knowledge of safety compliance and construction codes
  • Ability to perform mathematical measurements and calculations accurately
