Job description

Job Purpose
Support purchasing operations by sourcing materials and services, managing supplier relationships, tracking purchasing initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery of products to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase direct and indirect materials to meet production and operational requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate demand forecasts, delivery schedules, and inventory needs.
  • Analyze quotes and negotiate pricing, delivery, and service terms to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives.
  • Process purchase orders, contracts, requisitions, and invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and sourcing initiatives.
  • Follow up on requests from Central Purchasing Center and internal stakeholders.
  • Support FTA/USMCA documentation, Certificate of Origin management, and trade compliance activities.
  • Assist with CBP audits and resolution of related issues.
  • Track purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost-saving activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • CPM or CPSM certification is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Korean is required.
