Job Summary

Enterprise Electrical is a fast-growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor specializing in design-building projects. The Traveling Senior Project Manager leads large-scale electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain and enforce Enterprise Electrical safety standards.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple commercial electrical construction projects.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with field supervisors, general contractors, engineers, and clients.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Oversee procurement, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Enforce quality control procedures.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Represent the company in owner/GC meetings.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills

Required:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  8+ years of electrical project management experience.

Experience Requirements:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience managing projects is valued at $5M+.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of NEC codes and electrical construction methodologies.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree preferred.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficient in Revit, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prior field experience preferred.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  OSHA30 and CPR/First Aid preferred.ย
