About This Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, youโ€™ll play a key role in managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects (up to $10M) from planning through closeout. Youโ€™ll coordinate budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and field execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Youโ€™ll also collaborate closely with Senior PMs and field leadership to support project success and team development.

What Youโ€™ll DoPre-Construction Leadership
  • Lead project planning, from budgets and schedules to labor and material forecasting
  • Review drawings, assess scope, and drive effective kickoff and job handoff meetings
  • Establish production targets and workflows with project stakeholders
Cost & Resource Management
  • Track labor budgets, material costs, and productivity metrics
  • Manage purchase orders, subcontractor/vendor relationships, and change orders
  • Support billing and forecasting processes
Project Execution
  • Keep projects running smoothly with tight schedule coordination and clear communication
  • Oversee procurement and resource alignment across multiple active projects
  • Host regular job reviews and maintain alignment across internal and external teams
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain project records including RFIs, submittals, specs, and logs
  • Ensure quality control and strict adherence to NEC and OSHA standards
What Youโ€™ll Bring
  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Prior field experience as an electrician or construction worker is preferred
  • Ability to manage an electrical construction project with little to no oversight
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, NEC, wiring diagrams, and field operations
  • Experience with project software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 preferred
