About This Role

Mastercraft Electric is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale commercial electrical projects while providing leadership and mentorship to our Project Management team. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality while strengthening customer relationships and driving operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of commercial electrical project management and estimating experience on large-scale projects
  • Proven success managing multiple complex electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong financial, contract, and risk management skills
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, construction practices, and industry standards
  • Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
  • PMP certification preferred; PE license is a plus

What You Will Do

  • Lead multiple commercial electrical projects from planning through successful closeout.
  • Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage project financial performance, change orders, procurement, subcontractors, and contract administration.
  • Partner with General Foremen to optimize labor, equipment, and material resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers while promoting continuous improvement and consistency across the department.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals and client presentations.
  • Lead project closeout activities including documentation, warranties, as-builts, and lessons learned.
