Position Overview

The Electrical Project Manager – Special Projects will oversee a variety of smaller, fast-paced electrical construction projects, typically ranging from service work and tenant improvements to quick-turn renovations and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple electrical special projects from initiation through closeout

  • Handle billing, change orders, and project financials
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
  • Maintain schedules across multiple concurrent jobs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients

  • Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
