Electrical Project Manager – Dallas/Fort Worth

At Cummings Electrical, we believe great projects start with great people. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and lead commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction projects throughout the DFW Metroplex and North Texas.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, project teams, and internal support staff
  • Own project contracts, budgets, schedules, planning, and execution from start to finish
  • Lead projects while ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering requirements
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, conflicts, and schedule delays
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
  • Drive quality assurance and quality control throughout all phases of construction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, and/or healthcare construction projects
  • Understanding of construction schedules and project coordination
  • Ability to work from project sites throughout DFW and North Texas
  • Travel flexibility is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
