Job description

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial/Industrial Electrical Project Manager (1-2 years experience) to join our expanding team at our Isanti, MN headquarters. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday) where you'll play a key part in delivering impactful electrical construction projects.

This is a strong growth opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. From day one, you'll be immersed in active, long-term commercial and industrial projects-including new builds and major electrical upgrades launching this spring.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within scope. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project startup, planning, and execution
  • Managing permitting requirements and ensuring compliance
  • Ordering materials and overseeing procurement timelines
  • Tracking invoices and supporting job costing
  • Handling change orders and project adjustments
  • Maintaining schedules and driving deadlines
  • Leading and supporting field crews and subcontractors
  • Acting as the bridge between office operations and field teams
  • Ensuring successful delivery of projects from start to finish
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical project management
