Job Overview:

  • This position involves working on multiple projects in an onsite environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • BS in Engineering, Technical Trader Certification or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years in project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Experience in bid specification development and contractor negotiation.
  • 2+ years of technical drawing experience.
  • 2+ years in industrial power distribution/system design.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Create scope of work, bid package, and project specifications.
  • Review technical drawings, provide feedback, and negotiate changes.
  • Evaluate electrical power systems.
  • Evaluate electrical and safety compliance with local and national codes.
  • Collaborate with third-party safety compliance contractors.
  • Evaluate power distribution, breaker size, amp draw, SCCR, and panel loading.
  • Specify and confirm electrical components for industrial equipment.
  • Collaborate with multiple groups to design and install equipment and meet project milestones.
  • Supervise contractors in a green-field or XX-field work environment.
  • Coordinate installation with skilled trades, affiliate companies, engineers, and equipment manufacturers.
  • Develop countermeasures for project delays to ensure timely project completion.
