This role sits at the center of manufacturing continuity. As a Medium-High Voltage Electrical Coordinator, you'll plan and coordinate critical electrical work that keeps our facilities energized and resilient. You'll work handson with operations, engineering, and service partners to manage risk, implement safely, and ensure electrical systems are ready when manufacturing needs them most.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate high, medium, and lowvoltage electrical activities including distribution, generators, UPS, and power quality systems

  • Plan and implement maintenance, outages, upgrades, and installations with minimal manufacturing impact

  • Provide field coordination and technical guidance for switching, load transfers, commissioning, and contractor work

  • Identify electrical risks and develop mitigation plans with operations and engineering partners

  • Maintain system documentation, equipment records, and tool installation schedules to support safe and reliable operations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Technical degree, trade certification, or electrical license with 5+ years of electrical operations, maintenance experience, or industrial experience

  • Proven knowledge of electrical safety practices including LOTO and energized work controls

  • Experience coordinating multiple electrical activities in a manufacturing or highreliability environment

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse collaborators

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field

  • Experience with mediumvoltage systems, generators, UPS, and power quality mitigation

  • Background supporting electrical commissioning, outages, or switching events in critical facilities

  • Experience in semiconductor fabs, data centers, or similar environments
