Position Summary
Kids Empire is seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations across multiple locations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating repairs, dispatching vendors, tracking work orders, managing maintenance communications, and ensuring parks remain operational, safe, and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and prioritize maintenance requests from park locations.
  • Dispatch vendors and technicians for repairs and emergency service calls.
  • Monitor and update work orders through completion.
  • Communicate regularly with park management, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
  • Track repair costs, invoices, and maintenance budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of service history, equipment information, and vendor contacts.
  • Follow up on open maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with facility inspections, compliance requirements, and annual certifications.
  • Support emergency response efforts during after-hours incidents when necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance-related projects, renovations, and capital improvements.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, property management, construction administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working with vendors and service contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
  • Experience with CMMS or maintenance management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
