• Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas
• Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards
• Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment
• Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
• Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards
