Ring & DuChateau LLP is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our growing Electrical team. We are a collaborative engineering consulting firm focused on delivering thoughtful building systems solutions while supporting employee growth, mentorship, leadership development, and long-term career success.
Our Electrical teams work across a variety of healthcare, commercial, educational, institutional, municipal, and industrial projects. We value collaboration, technical excellence, practical problem solving, strong client relationships, and successful project delivery.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex electrical engineering projects from planning through construction completion
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing coordination, and overall project execution
  • Serve as the primary client contact while maintaining strong relationships and communication throughout project delivery
  • Provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and interdisciplinary coordination across project teams
  • Oversee construction documents, RFIs, shop drawings, change bulletins, and construction administration activities
  • Support business development efforts including proposals, interviews, networking, and client development
  • Monitor project financial performance, budgeting, billing, forecasting, and profitability
  • Mentor Engineers, Designers, BIM staff, and Project Managers while supporting team development
  • Collaborate with Department Managers and Group Leaders to support communication, staffing coordination, and department initiatives
  • Assist with operational improvements, technical standards, and strategic planning initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 15+ years of electrical engineering consulting experience preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Strong experience leading healthcare, commercial, educational, institutional, municipal, or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship management
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and business development skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and support successful project delivery
