Electrical Engineer – Charlotte, NC | Hybrid

Take your engineering career to the next level!

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering consulting team in Charlotte, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the healthcare, commercial, federal, and mission critical markets while enjoying a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Design electrical systems for a variety of building projects.
  • Develop specifications, system narratives, and electrical layouts.
  • Produce designs using Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and consultants.
  • Participate in QA/QC reviews and ensure design quality.
  • Assist with project scheduling, staffing, and budget coordination.
  • Perform construction administration, field inspections, and site investigations.
  • Process RFIs, change orders, bulletins, and addenda.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in an MEP consulting environment.
  • EIT or PE license preferred.
  • LEED AP is a plus.
  • Experience with Federal, Healthcare, Commercial, or Mission Critical projects.
