The Opportunity
We are searching for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about designing advanced building systems that merge performance, sustainability, and aesthetics. This role puts you at the center of a multidisciplinary design environment, giving you the chance to influence projects from concept to completion while working alongside leading architects, engineers, and construction teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design Excellence: Lead the design and integration of electrical systems in complex building projects, ensuring alignment with all codes, safety standards, and client expectations.

  • Innovation & Analysis: Perform load calculations, system simulations, and technical evaluations to deliver cost-effective, high-efficiency solutions.

  • Project Delivery: Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawings using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other cutting-edge tools.

  • On-Site Insight: Conduct field assessments, building condition reviews, and zoning research to inform and refine your designs.

  • Quality Leadership: Oversee shop drawing reviews, contractor submittals, and technical deliverables to maintain the highest level of engineering accuracy.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

  • Licensed P.Eng. or PE, or actively pursuing professional registration is desirable, but open to consider Electrical Designers

  • Between 6–12 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings (commercial, residential, institutional, industrial).

  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and electrical modeling software.

  • Solid understanding of building codes, NEC, NFPA, and local regulatory frameworks.
