  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate effectively with business users, SMEs, and IT teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver clear documentation.
  • Project Intake & Prioritization: Lead project intake and feasibility assessment with assigned departments, prepare ROI or value analyses, and assist in defining project scope and business value.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and perform UAT; ensure functional solutions align with process and data requirements.
  • Operational Management: Deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address trouble areas or efficiency gaps in enterprise applications.
  • Project Management: Coordinate small to medium projects using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools, ensuring milestones, documentation, and deliverables are met.
  • Change Management & Training: Support end-user adoption through workshops, documentation, and impact assessments.
  • Functional Collaboration: Partner with the BI team to ensure process changes are reflected accurately in analytics and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

Education and Experience:

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting or management information systems
  • 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role with exposure to Microsoft D365.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is advantageous.
  • Project Management certification and/or formal education is very desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or ServiceNow (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or relevant modules).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for requirement tracking and deployment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with SQL or Excel-based data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to test management tools (e.g., RSAT, Test Manager) is a plus.
  • Proven experience with business process engineering and system configuration.
  • Demonstrated project management capability and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
