leadership skills and enjoys driving successful project execution, coordinating technical teams, facilitating design reviews, and removing organizational barriers to success.The Senior Technical Project Manager works closely with Senior Electrical Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure successful efforts**Essential Responsibilities****Technical Project Leadership*** Lead execution of Electrical Engineering projects from concept through product release.* Partner closely with Senior Electrical Engineers and technical subject matter experts to drive project deliverables.* Coordinate engineering activities across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service organizations as required to support EE project goals.* Ensure technical decisions, dependencies, risks, and action items are identified, communicated, and driven to closure.* Serve as a key facilitator for project execution while maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives.**Development Process Execution*** Ensure projects follow established product development processes and design governance requirements.* Plan, schedule, facilitate, and document technical reviews including: + Requirements Reviews + Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) + Critical Design Reviews (CDR) + Detailed Design Reviews (DDR) + Verification and Validation Readiness Reviews* Track review action items through closure.* Drive peer review, FMEA, and risk reduction activities.* Support engineering teams in maintaining design quality and process compliance.**Schedule & Project Management*** Maintain project schedules, milestones, and project status within Planview and other project management tools.* Coordinate milestone planning and technical deliverable tracking.* Monitor project execution against commitments and identify schedule risks.* Develop and drive recovery plans when needed.* Escalate issues that impact technical delivery, quality, cost, or schedule performance.* Ensure project information remains current and visible to stakeholders.**Risk, Change & Issue Management*** Lead project risk identification, tracking, mitigation, and retirement planning.* Drive issue resolution across multiple functional organizations.* Support Engineering Change Notice (ECN/CN) activities and design change coordination.* Identify organizational bottlenecks and proactively remove barriers to project execution.* Act as a project expediter to ensure critical activities continue moving forward.**Cross-Functional Leadership*** Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Publications, Product Management, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Service, and Operations teams as needed to support successful project execution.* Coordinate activities across organizations to ensure EE deliverables remain aligned with program objectives.* Help resolve cross-functional issues that may impact project success.**Product Introduction & Sustaining Support*** Support Electrical Engineering activities required for manufacturing release and product introduction.* Coordinate EE readiness activities, technical reviews, documentation completion, and engineering deliverables.* Partner with Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, and other organizations to ensure EE project dependencies are addressed.* Support sustaining engineering, reliability improvements, product updates, and obsolescence activities as required.**Communication & Stakeholder Management*** Provide regular project status updates to engineering leadership and project stakeholders.* Maintain visibility into project health, key decisions, risks, dependencies, and milestone performance.* Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive action-oriented outcomes.* Build strong working relationships across engineering and business functions.* Help create alignment when competing priorities arise.**Basic Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.* Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related technical development roles.* Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical projects, engineering programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives.* Experience supporting engineering projects across multiple phases of the product lifecycle, including design, verification, manufacturing release, sustaining support, and product change management.* Strong understanding of electrical hardware development processes.* Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering activities.* Experience managing technical schedules, milestones, and deliverables.* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.* Ability to influence teams and drive results without direct management authority.**Preferred Qualifications*** BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.* Experience in semiconductor capital equipment development.* Experience with power distribution systems.* Experience with high-voltage systems.* Experience with RF power systems.* Experience supporting PCB design and development activities.* Experience leading technical design reviews.* Experience with requirements management, verification planning, and validation activities.* Experience with engineering change management processes.* Experience with FMEA, risk management, and
