Kemps is a subsidiary of DFA(Dairy Farmers of America).

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Wage: $35.96/Hour

Under limited supervision, is responsible for repair and maintenance of all production related machinery and the various systems and equipment in the entire facility. Assist in all phases of control systems design, repair, maintenance and integration throughout the entire facility to insure maximum asset reliability. This also includes research and design of the control systems to better equipment reliability and ease of user interface.

  • Analyzes, troubleshoots, and performs preventive maintenance, repairs on Electrcal/ Mechanical equipment and various systems, in the manufacturing facility.
  • Read and interprets Electrcal/ Mechanical drawings, equipment manuals and other technical documentation.
  • Performs electrical industrial maintenance. Includes reading electrical schematics, ladder logic, P&ID loop programming, motor controls, and other electrical devices and systems.
  • Works to assist in the evaluation, modification, and/or creation of interfaces between hardware and software involved in the performance of overall Plant Processing and Warehousing Systems.
  • Works to assist in the feasibility of design and implementation of Plant Process Controls and Operator Interfaces.
  • Works to assist in the process of evaluating, modifying, and or creating software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
  • Works with and assists in the maintenance of both Digital and Analog Control Systems and components.
  • Will be expected to perform both electrical and mechanical tasks..
