Job description

Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Construction Project Manager for commercial electrical project coordination and field leadership work in the Front Royal, Virginia area.

Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience

Location: Front Royal, VA

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Contract

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate electrical construction work with crews, field supervision, subcontractors, and site contacts
  • Review drawings, specs, schedules, one-lines, changes, priorities, and project documentation
  • Support manpower planning, material coordination, sequencing, safety, and quality expectations
  • Track progress, identify problems early, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders
  • Assist with RFIs, punch lists, closeout tasks, and documentation as needed
  • Maintain a professional, safety-first jobsite presence and help keep work moving efficiently
Requirements
  • Journeyman-level electrical background and commercial construction experience
  • Prior electrical PM, assistant PM, foreman, superintendent, or project lead experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, specs, and project schedules
  • Strong organization, communication, field coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality installation expectations
  • Reliable transportation to the Front Royal/Winchester regional project area
  • Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements
