- Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Support conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical drawings
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Attend apprenticeship classes (one night per week during the program schedule)
- Learn and apply electrical codes and best practices
- Strong interest in the electrical trade and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, construction sites)
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program
