Job description

About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

AI is a growing part of how we build our product and how our team works. We're exploring how AI and machine learning can help maintenance teams predict equipment failures before they happen, catch problems earlier, and prevent costly downtime, and more. Within your product area, you'll help shape where AI creates the most value for our customers, while also using it to move faster in your own day-to-day. You'll report to a Group Product Manager, most likely on our Inventory Management product, though your specific product area may shift based on business needs.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Partnering with engineering, design, and other product managers throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, to ship features that solve real customer problems

  • Gathering, organizing, and prioritizing feature requests and requirements from customers, sales, design, and other stakeholders

  • Writing clear product requirements and driving timely cross-functional execution

  • Identifying and scoping opportunities to use AI and machine learning, like predicting equipment failures before they happen, to help maintenance teams work smarter and avoid costly downtime

  • Using AI tools to accelerate your own workflow, including research, requirements writing, and data analysis

  • Participating in quality assurance testing before feature deployment

  • Documenting features and workflows to grow our internal knowledge base

Requirements

  • A desire to work in the B2B / SaaS market; experience in CMMS is a plus

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and product management tools (e.g., Productboard, JIRA), including building roadmaps and communicating updates to stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating with teammates across multiple time zones

  • Demonstrated involvement across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to research and innovation

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to derive insights from data sets, analyze product usage and adoption trends (e.g., using tools like Pendo), and understand client needs

  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, paired with strong independent time management

  • A problem-solver who's comfortable with ambiguity and has a bias toward action; you get to the root cause and creatively solve challenges quickly

  • Highly collaborative, data-driven, and open to giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback

  • Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.

  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) day-to-day to work faster and smarter

  • Experience contributing to or shipping AI/ML-powered features (e.g., predictive analytics, anomaly detection) is a strong plus

Benefits
  • Salary Range: $130,000- $150,000

  • Fully remote position

  • Flexible PTO

  • 13 paid company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

  • Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Monthly employee wellness stipend

  • Opportunities for Learning and Development Reimbursement

  • Pet insurance
