Overview

Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity Where Community Spirit Meets Scenic Splendor!

Responsibilities

We are seeking a BC Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team of 2.5 full-time pediatric hospitalists and 2.5 pediatric intensivists at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, a highly regarded and renowned, community hospital setting in southeast Idaho. 

What You Can Expect

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a regional medical center which draws patients from throughout Idaho, Western Wyoming, and Southern Montana.  

  • Serve a diverse patient population spanning across multiple states and regions within a 10-bed pediatric unit
  • Care for medical patients on the pediatric unit, consulting on pediatric patients in the emergency department, consulting on surgical patients, and caring for newborn infants who do not require NICU-level care
  • Top 100 Hospital in US named by Premier, Inc.
  • Only hospital in Idaho designated as "Expert" for Pediatric Care Readiness (Idaho Emergency Medical Services for Children, 2024)

  • Pediatric physician staff include both pediatric intensivists and neonatologists as part of the Pediatrix team
