Job description

Join Our Team as a Restaurant Host at Eilan Hotel and Spa in San Antonio!. 

Schedule: Mainly evenings 3 days a week, to include weekends and holidays as operation needs dictate.

The Eilan Resort & Spa is a Hilton Grand Vacations property in Northwest San Antonio, near The Rim and La Cantera, featuring a Tuscaninspired design completed in 2011 and offering 165 guestrooms. It is a central element of the 120acre Eilan mixeduse development, integrating lodging with offices, residences, retail, dining, and shared community amenities. The resort features a fullservice spa with 10 treatment rooms, approximately 14,000 square feet of flexible event space, and multiple food and beverage outlets including the Social restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, the Mercato coffee shop, and a seasonal pool bar.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and guests.
  • Efficiently handle table rotation and wait times while excelling at multitasking.
  • Arrange bottles and glasses attractively, adhering to specifications.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products to meet health standards. Inspect the beverage cart daily and report findings to management.
  • Stay in sync with food handling, cleanliness, and disinfection guidelines in accordance with company policies and local health regulations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as advised by management.
