Job description

Campos Fabrication is growing and looking for an experienced EIC Engineer to join our team in Amherst, NH. In this role, you'll support the execution of electrical, instrumentation, and controls (EIC) projects from design through commissioning, working closely with engineering, production, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Hybrid Schedule: Work remotely one day per week and onsite four days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the electrical scope of engineering projects.
  • Develop electrical design deliverables, including single-line diagrams, instrument lists, I/O lists, loop diagrams, and wiring drawings.
  • Support power system design, equipment specifications, RFQs, material takeoffs, and contractor scopes.
  • Design, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and control systems.
  • Support PLC/HMI programming and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in shop and field commissioning activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, instrumentation, controls, or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems, controls, and electrical design.
  • PE license preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
