  • Collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, and human resources to integrate safety and environmental requirements into processes, equipment, and facility modifications.
  • Support industrial hygiene, medical management, return-to-work, environmental sustainability, site security, emergency preparedness, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Lead the site's EHS Committee and promote employee engagement through safety meetings, Gemba walks, and site-wide activities.
  • Supervise and develop EHS staff, wastewater technicians, consultants, and contractors while ensuring effective management of site environmental and safety programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience within manufacturing, aerospace, specialty coatings, machining, or other industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining EHS management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven success leading incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs.
  • Experience managing environmental compliance programs including permits, waste management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ability to influence leaders and employees at all levels while driving accountability and behavioral change.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with EHS software systems and Microsoft Office applications, including data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of industrial hygiene, ergonomics, occupational health, and workers' compensation processes.

Nice to Have
