Job description

This role coordinates and enforces the site's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. You will partner closely with employees and leadership to promote safety culture, conduct training, and drive continuous improvement at the facility.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and administer the site EHS program to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses across facilities and operations.
  3. Deliver EHS training programs, including newhire safety orientation and ongoing site training.
  4. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning in partnership with management.
  5. Identify safety improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives and safety committees.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics
  2. 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
  4. Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
  5. Ability to influence and advise employees and leaders on accident prevention and safe work practices.
