You will identify opportunities, influence decisions, and help drive category performance.Ideal candidates will bring fresh perspectives, with no background in category management required.What You’ll Be Responsible ForCreating and developing a long-term plan and ongoing strategy for development of the categoryManage, analyze, and monitor market changes in product mix and retail prices to ensure compliance to the category pricing strategyAnalyze category performance including sales, margin, pricing, and assortmentIdentify opportunities through SKU performance, pricing analysis, and promotional effectivenessBuild and maintain category performance dashboards and reportingConduct competitive analysis and market monitoringSupport SKU rationalization and assortment planningTurn data into clear insights and recommendationsProject management which will include developing project plans, processes, and timelinePartner with IT and data teams to understand enterprise reporting and data flowsDevelop key supplier relationships for category management initiativesWho This Role Is ForThis role is for high judgment, high output analysts who:Think clearly with imperfect dataCan identify meaningful insights inside large datasetsCommunicate conclusions simply and clearlyCare about improving outcomes , not just building reportsExpertise is only as valuable as your willingness to evolve.
