About the Role:

The Manager, Integrated Marketing, Video and Digital acts as the project manager for integrated marketing initiatives, orchestrating collaboration across Subway's Agency of Record (AOR), specialty agencies, and internal cross-functional teams. This role is directly responsible for video and digital execution โ€” from production through campaign launch โ€” bringing QSR industry expertise and strategic rationale to ensure a seamless, on-brand consumer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Integrated Marketing & Agency Leadership:

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy across the Agency of Record (AOR) and specialty agency partners to ensure seamless, on-brand consumer experiences across all channels
  • Serve as key strategic partner to leadership, translating brand and business priorities into actionable creative plans
  • Oversee cross-agency collaboration and internal cross-functional synergies to ensure seamless execution of marketing window launches
  • Develop and strengthen the relationship with Subway's Agency of Record (AOR) to support long-term collaboration and creative excellence

Video Production & Campaign Launch Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end video production process, from concept through final delivery ensuring creative quality and brand consistency
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage production budgets, timelines, and approvals
  • Troubleshoot production and launch issues in real time, ensuring on-time, on-budget deliver

Strategic Planning & QSR Category Expertise:

  • Bring deep understanding of the QSR/restaurant industry to inform creative strategy marketing calendar planning, and competitive positioning
  • Contribute to development of brand campaign strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights
  • Monitor advertising trends, industry learnings, and creative approaches from other TV commercials and campaigns to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Apply understanding of insights testing methodologies to inform brand and creative decisions

Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Representation:

  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive seamless execution
  • Represent the Video & Digital function in leadership and cross-departmental meetings
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree inMarketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, video production, or integrated campaign management; QSR, restaurant, or multi-unit retail experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Experience managing or partnering closely with an Agency of Record (AOR) and specialty agencies
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives into creative plans
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of video production processes and best practices
  • Proficiency with AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow efficiency
