The sales team is a collaborative and development-focused team that cares about, supports, and learns from each other. We provide an in-depth training program, sales coaching, and ongoing continuing education to equip you for success.
Position Summary
We are actively seeking driven, motivated inside sales professionals for our Educational Travel Specialist (ETS) role. By developing relationships with educators to promote our programs, the ETS opens doors to a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience for students. In this full-time inside sales position, the successful ETS will develop new business from their assigned territory of schools through outbound calls to teachers daily. They will use our proven talk tracks and sales practices to guide teachers through the stages to successfully set up and offer these life-changing opportunities, which are certain to leave a lasting impact on the students that attend.
What You will do as an Educational Travel Specialist
  • Achieve all sales goals and develop new clients
  • Develop qualified leads through referrals, phone calls, cold calling, email and networking
  • Follow up on leads from website and lead generation team and convert leads to sales
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and prioritize activity
  • Maintain and grow profitability
  • Maintain daily and weekly pipeline and activity reports
  • Operate as an expert
  • Complete client needs assessment to then prepare and present proposals which meet group requirements
  • Host meetings with parent, student, and administrative groups
  • Identifies and recommends products to meet market demands
  • Recommends territories that should require marketing campaigns
