• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments with a focus on understanding the interplay between psychiatric symptoms and medical conditions, such as chronic illnesses or disabilities.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that integrate psychiatric care with medical intervention, fostering a unified approach to patient well-being.
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to the diverse needs of each patient.
• Work closely with primary care providers and other medical specialists to coordinate treatment efforts, enhancing care effectiveness.
• Establish strategies for crisis intervention and provide immediate support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients on the relationship between mental and physical health, promoting self-management skills and resilience.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, contributing to holistic care planning.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in integrated care, ensuring your therapeutic methods remain at the forefront of the field.

Your work will concentrate on servicing individuals grappling with mental health disorders, many of whom present with complex medical issues requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. You will address the needs of diverse populations across various age groups, fostering an inclusive environment that recognizes each individual's unique journey towards mental health recovery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington state.
• Demonstrated experience in managing mental health needs for clients with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines in all patient interactions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications used in clinical settings.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team-focused environment.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar environment that focuses on integrated care models.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
• Experience conducting assessments and treatment planning for diverse patient demographics.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
