The Project Manager will report directly to the IT Development Director and will intervene based on the director's priorities and operational needs.

Scope and Activities Requested for the Specific Mandate
<\/p>

As part of the mandate, the Project Manager will be expected to:
<\/p>\n

  • Support the IT Development Director in managing, coordinating, and executing various initiatives within the department.
    <\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of mandates assigned by the director, from initiation through completion.
    <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and, when necessary, execute mandates or activities delegated by management.
    <\/li>\n
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and propose adjustments or corrective measures.
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide regular status reporting to the IT Development Director regarding the progress of initiatives.
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage multiple files simultaneously using a structured, organized, and rigorous approach.
