Position Overview
GBC Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a key leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong estimating, marketing, and team-building capabilities. Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead and manage multiple construction projects from concept to completion
โ€ข Provide strong leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
โ€ข Oversee estimating efforts, including budgeting, cost analysis, and bid preparation
โ€ข Support marketing and business development, especially within Healthcare and Education sectors
