CRi is seeking aProgram Managerfor our ICF Residential program located inBrambleton, VA!

The Program Manager serves as the leader at the program and contributes to the creation of an environment that enables CR to fulfill its mission and meet or exceed its goals. The Program Manager must have the capability to effectively communicate and clearly articulate the organization's mission and philosophy to all members of their particular program or service. The Program Manager also supports and encourages staff members to act with appropriate authority and responsibility in their work processes. The Program Managers are ultimately responsible for the quality of care and the physical environment of the program they supervise.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the program budget.
  • Responsible for quality of facility and equipment.
  • Serves as initial point of contact and agency liaison for families of program's individuals, public, and private agencies working with program's individuals and the neighborhood.
  • Under the Clinical Director's direction, integrates the program or service with the philosophy of CR.
  • Coordinates and integrates programs and series including admission, discharges, service planning, etc.
  • Conducts orientation, in-service training, continuing education and supervision of all persons in the program or service. Supervision includes responsibility for approving assessments, individualized service plans and reassessments.
  • Ensures quality of record keeping.
  • Implements a defined set of patient rights and responsibilities.
  • Implements approved clinical policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for implementing Performance Improvement activities according to CRi's policy and procedures.
  • Maintains program's compliance with regulatory requirements.
