As an Assistant Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping MBA and specialized master's students at Mays Business School successfully navigate their career journey from graduate school to meaningful employment. Serving as a trusted coach and advisor, you will provide individualized guidance on career strategy, resume development, interview preparation, networking, and long-term professional growth. This role combines hands-on student support with program management responsibilities. In this position, you will partner closely with academic program teams, faculty, and staff across graduate business programs to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will design and lead engaging career workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs that equip students with the skills and confidence to achieve their goals. Working collaboratively with employers, alumni, and internal stakeholders, you will help create valuable career opportunities and strengthen connections that enhance market awareness and student success. The ideal candidate brings a passion for mentoring and coaching, knowledge of career development pathways, and an ability to build meaningful relationships across varying audiences. Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, a STEM discipline, Higher Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Coordinate continuous improvement of career programing.
Carry out and oversee ongoing and recurring career program operation activities to include compiling and distributing resume books, administering relevant employment websites, career data management, preparing employer materials, and other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with employers to develop opportunities suited for students transitioning to business roles.
Work across functional and organizational boundaries in support of Mays graduate students, Mays Business School, and the university.
Support CMC and Mays School leadership as needed on program and school initiative.
