Reporting to a District Manager, Area Manageris a front-line management position responsible foroverseeingand leadingDWoperationswithinadefined geographicarea.AM is responsible forfulfillment of services to customersand leading technicians.

Operations(50-60%)

  • Lead and manage a team to maximizeeffectivenessand efficiency of resources,technicians,and capital.
  • Expediently and professionally address all customer, operational, and performance concerns.
  • Walk customer inventory toidentify future workload requirements and QC repairs.
  • Meetregularlywithcustomersto discuss servicelevels, repair quality, cycle-time performance and other issues that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuretechnicianspossess the necessary skills, resources, equipment, and information to deliver high quality repairs and customer service.
  • Communicate to keep team informed and up to date in critical information, expectations, company news, etc.
  • On-board new employees, setting them up for success by educating them on role, expectations, processes,and policies.
  • Closely support direct reports/managers optimizingproduction andday-to-day operations.

Sales and Business Development

  • WorkwithDMand/or DSM todevelopandexecutea revenue growthplantosell additional services within existing customers.
  • Partner with DM andDSMto sellnew customersand maximizeexistingbusiness opportunities.
  • Buildand solidifyrelationships withkeycustomersand network toinitiaterelationships with prospective customers.
  • Drive results using strategic selling skills and negotiation abilities that create a win-win for the customer and Dent Wizard.

Required Qualifications

  • Combined minimum experience of 3 years in a district route and auction leadership role required
  • Profitable management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annually
  • Experiencemanaging other leaders and staffs of 20+
  • Travels overnight approximately 10 - 20%

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$75,000-$85,000/annual salary
